Arrowhead Helene Rebuild

This pool and garage were completely  destroyed and the roof was damaged by trees from hurricane Helene in 2024.  This required demolishing and rebuilding what was left of the 3 car garage, pool, deck, a new metal roof, and driveway.  During the process the family wanted a few more updates to make the home more energy efficient and a refresh.  They also added on a a large deck, new windows and added a 1/2 bathroom to the rebuilt garage.  This was a great addition and redesign to make the re-built area serve their family better than ever before.

​Truly a wonderful family to bring restoration back to from this devasting storm. 

Kitchen Remodel

The kitchen is the heart of the home.  Nothing could be more truthful for this busy family.  With food allergies, they cook a minimum of three times a day in their kitchen.  Now they can enjoy the process and it serves their needs better than ever and looks beautiful in the process!  From start to finish this 1980's kitchen got a full overhaul.  New cabinets, paint, tile floor, backsplash, sliding modern 3 panel door to the laundry room, granite. island with seating, lighting, appliances and entry/drop area offering function and design.  So thankful this sweet family chose us!

This home was both in need of an update and significant repairs after devastating damage from Hurricane Helene in 2024.  We worked with this wonderful family to undertake a total transformation of this property.  There was not a single thing left untouched in the re-making of this home.  It is truly astonishing to see the transformation that this home underwent.  Refreshed, repaired and beautiful
